Shipping Policy

Orante Press is a monthly subscription publication.

Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of each month, and each month's offering is typically shipped by the 3rd day of the month. Most subscribers can expect delivery during the first week of the month.

Subscriptions placed after the 1st of the month will begin with the following month's offering and will be billed on the next scheduled billing date.

Heat Advisory

To ensure your prayer candle arrives in excellent condition, shipments may be delayed during periods of extreme heat.

When temperatures along our shipping route are expected to exceed approximately 98°F, or when transit would extend through a weekend during excessive heat, we may temporarily hold your shipment until conditions are suitable for safe delivery.

Our monthly offerings are typically shipped Monday through Wednesday to help minimize extended transit times.
