Refund & Return Policy

At Orante Press, each monthly offering is thoughtfully prepared and produced in limited quantities. Because of the nature of our subscription publication, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed.

If your offering arrives damaged during transit, we are happy to help. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery at hello@orantepress.com and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the damage
• Clear photographs of the damaged item(s) and the shipping packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly replace any item determined to have been damaged during shipping.

If you have questions regarding your subscription, please contact us at hello@orantepress.com. Subscriptions may be managed, paused, or canceled at any time through your customer account. Changes made after an order has been processed will apply to future monthly offerings.
